Our services where possible can be tailored to our client’s needs, we have a dedicated team of staff in the office from rostering to compliance who work together with families in keeping our clients in control of their own care where possible.

At Jewel Home Support we welcome all feedback as this helps us in identifying areas where we need to improve in our service to our clients.

We have procedures in managing complaints and concerns raised which is handled by our compliance team. All our procedures are documented in a file which is placed in our client’s home before we start caring for our clients.

  • Develop and document a personalised care plan, based on your needs and preferences, review and revise this plan throughout the duration of your care.
  • Share your personalised care plan with your social worker, enabling them to take into account your wishes and choices in the care and support that is being provided and able to provide feedback to improve care.
  • Know whom to contact if you need any help and advice, helping to ensure that your personalised care is delivered according to your wishes.
