Manager Michael Kilsby said Jewel Home Support, was founded in 2012 to look after vulnerable adults, now expanded to become one of the biggest independent care agencies in Bolton.
Sir David Crausby presented City and Guilds diplomas and certificates, plus a level three diploma gained in record time by trainer, Sharon Knowles.
