From the very beginning, our values were built around dignity, respect, reliability and genuine care for every individual we support.
Over the years, our service has grown through dedication, trust and strong relationships within the community. By listening to the people, we care for, and continuously developing our team, we have been able to deliver personalised support that makes a real difference in everyday life.
With the support of experienced managers who share our passion and vision, we are now focused on creating a stronger future — expanding our care to reach more people in more communities, while maintaining the highest standards of quality

Our dedicated office team, from rostering to compliance, works closely with clients and families to ensure you stay fully involved and in control of your care.
We welcome all feedback, as your thoughts help us continually enhance the quality of our services. Our Compliance Team manages all complaints and concerns, and full documentation is provided in your home before care begins

Dignity and respect:
At Jewel Home Support, we believe that every person has the right to feel valued, heard and respected. Treating our Service Users with dignity is at the heart of everything we do — from the way we communicate, to the support we provide, to the choices we respect each day. Our approach ensures that individuals maintain control over their lives, their routines, and their personal wishes while receiving care in the comfort of their own homes. To influence care staff in understanding their responsibilities and treating Service Users with dignity and respect, all staff receive comprehensive induction training in the following areas:
- Equality and diversity
- Relevant legislation, such as the Equality Act 2010
- Compassionate care
- Effective communication
Training is refreshed on an annual basis, as a minimum, or more frequently in line with any changes to legislation or guidance. Our goal is to ensure that every individual we support is treated with fairness, dignity, respect, and humanity at all times. By investing in continuous staff development and maintaining a culture of compassion, we create an environment where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to live the life they choose.
