About the Role
An Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health Care Assistant to join Jewel Home Support. You will be joining a
strong, reliable and reactive team. This opportunity requires a friendly, motivated individual to provide care in
accordance with best practice and legislative requirements, reflecting policies and procedures and agreed standards
under the direction of the company. Our aim is to be committed to delivering quality and personalised care while
working closely with the service users and their family. We are an approved lead provider for Bolton Council, NHS and
provide care services for the borough of Greater Manchester and Lancashire area.
The care worker’s role will include:
- Assisting with personal care (washing, bathing, dressing, toileting and mobility assistance)
- Assisting with meal preparations
- Assisting with administering medication
- Assisting with moving and handling
- Working to care plans and completing daily paperwork
- Assisting with shopping and support to access the community
- Assisting with light domestic duties
